Please check with your insurance company to determine your specific mental health benefits and how they work:

• Am I covered for mental health benefits?
• Can I see an out-of-network provider?
• Do I have a deductible to meet before I am covered? Has it been met? How much has been paid towards my deductible so far?
• Is there a limit to the number of sessions covered? When does my plan year renew?
• Do I first need a referral from my primary care physician?

Payment

Cash or check payment is preferred.

Major credit cards also accepted.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide as much notice as possible when canceling a therapy appointment.

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not provided notice at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
